The British Red Cross have put together a number of resources which are available on the website including:
Support for young people feeling lonely, including animations and activities to improve wellbeing, learn first aid, downloadable kindness activity pack.
Kooth is an online counselling and emotional wellbeing platform, that’s free and anonymous.
THE MARKET PLACE
The Market Place is a free, confidential counselling and individual support service for young people aged 11 to 25 years old.
Childline is a free, confidential helpline for children with any problem. It’s available 24 hours a day.
The NSPCC is the UK’s leading children’s charity, preventing abuse and helping those affected, while raising awareness and working to help stop child abuse in all of it’s forms.

If you’re worried about a young person, or if something just doesn’t feel right, the NSPCC Helpline team can offer support and guidance on 0808 800 5000 (they’re available from 8am to 10pm on a Monday and Friday, and 9am to 6pm on a weekend), or you can email them at any time at email@example.com.

The Leeds Young Carers Support Service identifies and supports Young Carers in Leeds. They provide information, guidance and support to Young Carers, while raising awareness of them at the same time.
BARNARDO’S YOUNG CARERS (FORMERLY WILLOWS YOUNG CARERS)
Barnardo’s Young Carers help to provide help and support to Young Carers, by organising outings, advice and emotional support, working with local authorities and more.
The Mix is one of the UK’s leading support services for Under 25’s. The Mix will help with any problem, from mental health to money, and break-ups to drugs.
The Hideout is a website aimed at children and young people to help understand Domestic Violence and abuse, and how to take action if it’s happening to them, or if they’re witnessing it.
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE CHILDREN OF ALCOHOLICS
The National Association for the Children of Alcoholics aims to provide guidance and advice for everyone affected by their parents drinking habits.
