Leodis Academies Trust is a successful Multi Academy Trust with five schools in the South Leeds area. Blackgates Primary Academy is a two form entry school situated in Tingley, South Leeds. It is a highly inclusive school having a wide range of pupils with SEND (25%) and the facilities to support their learning. With 38% of pupils eligible for pupil premium funding (continuing to rise) compared to 25% nationally, we are able to support their progress well. Following our Ofsted inspection in September 2017, we are a rapidly improving school, which places high regard for our pupil and staff welfare in addition to achievement.

Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will be a skilled behavioural support professional. You will have experience in inspiring pupils to develop a love of learning and managing their behaviour to allow them to be successful. You will have demonstrated your integrity and potential as a Behaviour Support Worker through your strong commitment to improving the behaviour and outcomes for children. You will also be willing to learn continue to learn and improve the skills you have gained working in a behavioural capacity with children.
The post offers challenge, reward and role development for the right candidate. The role will be based at Blackgates Primary with opportunities to work with other professionals across the Trust.
